Culcha Systems Studio exists to carry the system load, so clients can focus on living, healing, working, parenting, and being present in their own lives.

Saraii Linda is the founder of Culcha Systems Studio, a private health strategy practice created for individuals and families who are tired of carrying the full weight of the healthcare system on their own.

As a Congolese woman, born in France and shaped by life across different cultures and systems, Saraii understands what it means to navigate spaces that were not always built with you in mind. Her personal and professional experiences have given her a deep respect for culture, family, resilience, and the quiet strength it takes to keep going while trying to access the right care, support, and answers.

With over 15 years of experience in care management, health navigation, client advocacy, and systems coordination, Saraii has built her career around helping people move through complex systems with clarity and structure. Her work has included coordinating care across providers, navigating insurance barriers, supporting families through major life transitions, identifying service gaps, and making sure the details that often get missed are actually handled.

Her passion for this work is not only professional. It is personal. Saraii knows what it feels like to rebuild, advocate, start over, and figure things out without a clear roadmap. That lived experience allows her to lead with both strategy and empathy. She understands that healthcare is not just about appointments, referrals, benefits, or paperwork. It is about the person behind the system, the family carrying the stress, and the life that keeps moving even when everything feels overwhelming.

Through Culcha Systems Studio, Saraii offers a more private, intentional, and hands-on approach to health navigation. Her role is to step in, organize what feels scattered, communicate with the right people, track what needs to happen next, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Her approach is calm, culturally aware, structured, and deeply human. She is not here to simply give clients a list of resources and send them on their way. She stays with the process, follows through, and helps clients regain a sense of control when the system feels confusing, delayed, or disconnected.

At the heart of Saraii’s work is one belief: people should not have to become experts in healthcare just to receive the care, answers, and support they need.
